Working Well Beings
noun
individuals within an organisation who have the skills, opportunity, and motivation required to identify psychosocial risks in the workplace and significantly improve the health and wellbeing of their colleagues and the wider business.
What’s the objective?
The Working Well Being Programme is all about creating a strong community of wellbeing advocates across your business.
We provide them with the training and tools needed to identify psychosocial risks and co-create interventions that can improve your business from the bottom-up.
We empower and upskill them to influence the culture of your business at a local and strategic level.
What makes our programme different?
Why aren’t other wellbeing champion networks, like Mental Health First Aid, effective in the workplace?
Mainly because they weren’t built for the workplace! We often see:
A low uptake of MHFA conversations
A lack of support and infrastructure for these champion networks to be effective
Low engagement for wellbeing provision
Promotion of a reactive approach to wellbeing and mental health
Employee mental health and wellbeing not improving!
Unlike other champion networks, the objective of this community is to enhance the workplace rather than ‘fix’ individuals.
Other features include:
A dedicated tech platform for champions to access learning, resources, live sessions and networking.
Self-assessment tools to measure skills and provide a personalised experience.
An AI mentor tool to guide champions through the learning and to assist them with questions they may have in the workplace.
Wrap around support and a calendar of events and workshops.
Mechanisms and tools to collect data - replacing the need for a wellbeing survey.
And best of all, your champions will be joining a wider community of Working Well Beings to problem solve, cross-pollinate ideas and enhance both their learning and their careers.
What does the programme cover?
The first step toward becoming a Working Well Being is to complete the 4-8 week online accreditation. Through a mix of live sessions from expert voices in the field, self-paced learning and group coaching sessions, delegates finish the course as an accredited Working Well Being.
